Reich Landscape Architecture, a Landscape Architectural design firm located in downtown Baton Rouge, is immediately seeking a mid- senior level landscape architect with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience. As the oldest landscape architectural firm in Louisiana, Reich has a wide range of active projects including large scale regional parks, multifamily, traditional neighborhood developments, urban linear parks, commercial, sports fields and more. RLA works throughout the U.S. with active projects in Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas, Maryland, Virginia, and Indiana.
Candidates should be highly motivated, organized, outgoing and work well in a team/collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
Ability to lead a team of designers to develop projects from conceptual design through construction documentation.
Ability to deliver complete and professional drawings on a variety of design and planning projects.
Ability to work closely with ownership, team members, allied professionals, and clients.
Preparation of design and construction documents and specifications, including detailed design, planting, hardscape, irrigation, layout, and furnishing plans.
Knowledge of native plant materials and sustainable design.
Mentorship/developing junior level designers.
Position Requirements:
2 years’ experience minimum as Project Manager within a landscape architecture firm.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Suite.
Proficiency in LandFX and Lumion is highly desirable.
Knowledge of native plant materials and sustainable design.
BLA or MLA from accredited school.
Reich Landscape Architecture is also immediately seeking a landscape architect/designer with a minimum of 1- 2 years of experience.
Position Overview:
Preparation of design and construction documents and specifications, including detailed design, planting, hardscape, irrigation, layout, and furnishing plans.
Participating in design meetings and reviews, team collaboration and a variety of design office responsibilities.
Knowledge of native plant materials and sustainable design.
Position Requirements:
1 years’ experience minimum as project designer at a design firm.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Suite.
Proficiency in LandFX and Lumion is highly desirable.
